<font color=blue>I spend my childhood in Delta de l'Ebre (just on holidays!)... cuz my parents born there... but now I also use to go, sometimes on the weekend... I think is a nice place to relax and forget the stress of the city...
I know is not a very known place... at least there are not a lot of tourist there... but it has an special charm unique in all Catalonia! and all the people who visits this region have the same opinion...
There, the people speak a different dialect of Catalan, and sometimes we "invent" some words that could sound funny for the rest of Catalan people... i can give you some examples but i dont think anybody cant understand it! so i wont do it...
The landscape is so beautiful... big areas with just rice fields... It's amazing contemplate the changings of colours that the rice fields suffer on the differents season of the year.... GREEN in July, YELLOW between August and September, and just water on winter....
