Theme: Extreme Sports
Cape Town has a lot of nice and good places to practise different sports. The surfers has there a lot of beaches to choose!!! I couldnt practise the "Sand Boarding" but if you can I recommend you to do it... its more or less the same than snowboarding but on the white sand......
Equipment: You wont need to wear any special equipment.... just your sunglasses, shorts and.... i think that's all.......
