This is where I currently reside and work. This is a beautiful city that is trapped between the ocean and the surrounding mountains. It is rich in history and architecture. It's beauty is only matched by it's wealth. The average price for a house here is near $800,000. I'll be renting here for a while. It has survived the hands of the Spanish, the Mexicans and now the US. Much of what it has is very preserved. It never gets cold and never gets hot. There are no seasons, only warm or cool. |
