The Best (and cheapest) way to get around is by Bus and using the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train services. You can buy a pre-pay ticket which can be used on all buses and the MRT. The fare is deducted as you pass it through a machine. The ticket can be topped up at MRT stations. Taxis are relatively cheap and redialy available too. Parking in Some areas of Singapore can be difficult so Car hire isn't such a good idea.
