Yes and a lot of cabbies rip you off by going the slowest most congested routes (the meter charges you for each minute you are in stationary traffic!). A lot of cabbies also have a very large chip on their shoulder and are very hostile to their customers. | Rhondaj Sat Nov 23, 2002 14:43 UTC
