This is a village where I lived my childhood years until I was 18 years old, and where my parents still live.

Pyhäsalmi is a village on the lake Pyhäjärvi, in province of Oulu. Village lived off from mining for a long time, but as mining has become more and more automatic, there are less and less people working on that.
