Baden is a rather small town, lovely and romantic, dreamy, a place where time has stood still to guard a life of contemplation.A town that is only 25 km from the city of Vienna, but far enough away to allow for quiet and relaxation. To learn more about Baden please visit:

Once you are there don't miss the Casino (see down for details) and the park in the mountain. It takes from Vienna to Baden approximately half an hour by train (looks more like a tram - see "trasnportation tips" for details).

At the end of the summer there is a festival of the grappes and you can try some wine, grappe juice and other austrian specialities for free. Enjoy your stay.
