Try the austrian hostels.... really cheap and very good. Here they are called Jugendherberge. Especially this one in Vienna on Myrthengasse 7 in 7th District. Or just visit the web site from Austria Youth Hostelling International http://www.oejhv.or.at/. There you can also search for other hostels in Austria. Starting $11/night depending of course on the number of the beds in the room and the season.
Unique Qualities: cheap... and you can meet many young people from the whole world
