"A genealogical visit" Enscherange by ATLC

Enscherange Travel Guide: 0 reviews and 1 photos

Only one purpose brought me to this tiny village and that was to find the ancestral home of my former neighbour who's first known ancestor was Denys De Lestrieux who was lord and landowner of Enscherange in the 17th century.

I was assigned to make some photo's of the garden, and was told that the garden wall was not too high. Let's read what happened ! (in the tips).

An added bonus was the restored watermill in full function. We enjoyed a tour. And the last bonus was that this little village (which doesn't boast much more than a windmill and a first class camping), als has a nice group accommodation right beside the mill.
