Now that woke you up, right? | Sculpture in front of Odense Town Hall |
A rather daring opening photo of a statue in front of the Odense Town Hall. I didn't bother to find out the meaning of it, but it was statue very attractive to children that were climbing all over her, all the time :-)
Odense itself is quite unremarkable. A quiet, neat town with a small old area that is nice to walk in. |

I stayed with friends in Odense, and enjoyed the weekend with some 25 women of all ages and from various European countries.
I travelled with a friend from The Netherlands, flew from Amsterdam to Kopenhagen with sterling.dk, a cheap flight (140 euro incl. taxes) and then took a train to Odense. |

As a VT member I was struck by the fact that HCA travelled so much. The photo shows a text in the museum. He travelled through Europe, Asia Minor and Africa. His quote 'to travel is to live' can be bought in the museumshop on kitchen magnets, postcards and whatnot! |
