  Hi AT enjoyd yr tips here-esp of Rodin we might head for tomorrow-pricked up re yr 'even Burundi' of attendees as I had a fab time meetg lots of people in burundi this yr in April.aclose relative was head of a dam project in Madagascar too just recently x

  It seems that "bourgeois de Calais" is usually translated into "citizens of C". However, in French, bourgeois has an added meaning of wealthy citizens or what would be now middle-class. In the Middle Ages, that was citizens +/- in charge of the city.
