I came across Saverne because I had read in my green Michelin guide about Maison Katz, the amazing example of typical Alsatian architecture. And although generally not a garden lover, the rosegarden attracted me too.
Saverne is a very attractive town through which the river Marne runs. It also boasts the majestic Chateau des Rohan. |
