Rol San: Rol San - Chinese food.
  • Tip Rating:
  • Restaurant Name: Rol San - Chinese food.

    Open until 4:00am most night.

Favorite Dish: Crispy ginger beef. Not many places make crispy beef well or at all! My parents(Chinese) ate here last time visiting me, but they hated it. Proof that you can't please everyone.

  • Tip Rating:

  • Mel's Montreal Diner on Bloor Street
24 hour restaurant in the same vein as Denny's, IHOP, etc. but higher quality and family-owned. Get your Montreal smoked meat fix here.

Favorite Dish: All breakfast meals - especially the Big Baby. However, they do specialize in Montreal smoked meats.

Yung Sing Pastry Shop: Yung Sing Pastry Shop
  • Tip Rating:
  • Restaurant Name: Yung Sing Pastry Shop

Rarely does a place exist selling only dim sum pastries. It's good stuff - not 100% authentic as the pork buns are in rice buns - but the pastries taste great. Extremely cheap is another word to describe it.

Favorite Dish: Dim sum pastries there - pork buns, pork dumplins, egg tarts, etc.

Le Marche - Movenpick: Movenpick Marche
  • Tip Rating:
  • Restaurant Name: Movenpick Marche

It is not 'fine dining', but this restaurant will almost always satisfy your hungry due to its variety.

It is also open until 1-2am.

    Favorite Dish: Waffles!

The food is generally pretty good, but a bit expensive for what it is.
