Quebec city is very charming, the people extremely friendly, and I must say: I was very hesitant about going to Canada, because all my previous experiences with Canadians in Canada was very bad, but I am glad I decided to give it yet another chance, and I had a wonderful experience, which will make me want to go back again.

Most people think of skiing or snowboarding in Montreal or all the way to the west coast of Canada -- Quebec has some nice slopes, and the despite the freezing cold (-18 Celsius), there was no wind (thank goodness!), no lines for the lifts, plenty of groomed trails, and some snow. Best of, prices for accommodation take a severe dip, since January is the coldest month and not that many tourists venture out into the subzero temperatures...

Since it was literally freezing cold, my pictures didn't come out as well as i wanted them, because i just couldn't hold my camera steadily with my gloves. =)
