Barcelona is one of my favorite cities in Spain. It is a busy city with lots of people, lots of diversity, lots of tourists and backpackers. Planned on staying for just a couple of days but ended up staying for 4 days... is was just that great..
Here is the rooftop for one of the buildings designed by Gaudi. You definetely have to check out the other places he built. |

Kakapo2 Sat Jul 14, 2007 08:38 UTC Casa Mila/La Pedrera is on Paseo de Gracia. And right, the sculpture is from Miró. | baby_fuzz Mon Nov 22, 2004 13:21 UTC You attribute a sculpture to Gaudi when in fact, it is by Joan Miro (a collaboration with Gardy Artigas). It is called 'Dona i ocell' (Woman and bird), which suggests that it's neither a phallic symbol or a bowling pin!!! Glad you enjoyed BCN though! | genispp Tue Jul 16, 2002 22:10 UTC beautiful page | TIAc Thu May 2, 2002 20:37 UTC i love those you shot!! |
