Lubbock, Texas is my hometown! Lubbock is primarily known as the hometown of Buddy Holly, as well. Many other great musicians have come from Lubbock and the surrounding area. Buddy Knox, The Crickets, Natalie Maines (Dixie Chicks), Richie mcDonald (LoneStar), Waylon Jennings, The Fireballs, Bob Wills and the list goes on and on!
Lubbock is also known for Texas Tech University and is the wine capitol of Texas! |
