There is growing evidence that the little voice in your head is hardwired to your soul...

It has keen insight into what you need to keep your life on an even keel.
If you got too stressed out, it will scream out. Quit your job. Go on an extended trip. Eat ice-cream until you vomit.If you are working too hard, it will tell you to slow down and if you don't it will shut your body down with fever and chills.

Listen to that little voice...

When it says travel, say how far? When it says leave, make a cheetah and run away. When it says fight, start swinging. When it says explore, roam the land like a nomand.

Don't argue with that little voice...

It knows all your weak points and will hammer away at your decisions. It isn't encumbered by insignificant things like jobs, commitments, or schedules.

Understand that little voice. It is wise...
