    i recommend 2-room flats for $50-60.
    You may rent cheaper one for $ 25 or huge 5 rooms flat for $200 (we rented it for 10 people).

    Unique Qualities: Short term rent of a good flats. The _huge_ 2-room flat is $60/night. It has a washing machine, dishes washer, microwave, clean sheets every day, and so on.
