Boarding with the Best! Sunday River, Maine, USA
A HUUUUGE Ski/Snowboarding resort!
Had an excellent time in March - the resort itself is small but the boarding was massive! 8 mountains of well groomed, well serviced pistes.
The USA Amatuer Snowboarding Champs were held there the week we arrived so we got chance to see the USA's top 1000 young riders rip up the slopes! |

Technically, Sunday River is in Newry, and ski/snowboard shopping isn't all that is available in Bethel. There are many awesome Mom & Pop shops to explore with many interesting finds! |
