There are so many restaurants that are good in Rome . I suggest you ask a local what they prefer and try it. I was never disappointed with Roman suggestions.
The place in the evening is the district of Trastevere there you will find a lot of restaurants and a nice atmosphere.
The Roman cuisine is rather fat and heavy but there is so many choice that we don't life long enough to taste everything.
Favorite Dish: There is no bad Italian Food.
