about 30 minutes drive up north away from the city lies the lush green forest of templer park.. this is a very popular place amongst the locals for a day out picnicing by the stream or for a weekend of outdoor camping.. one tip is to walk as far in as possible (we walked about an hour) to get away from the crowd and you'll be enveloped by the wonders of nature..
