    it's a huge market smack in the middle of kuala terengganu town.. you can get just about anything there.. from food to crafts..

    What To Buy: one souvenir that most ppl, even local malaysians, buy in kuala terengganu in batik.. it's a gorgeous painted cloth where you can make into our traditional malay costumes.. or anything else you wish.. other than that, you can also get some yummy fish crackers.. in malay language, it's called "keropok"..

    What To Pay: batik prices ranges from rm50 right up to rm300.. it all depends on the quality of the cloth and the skill involved in painting the batik.. as for ready fried "keropok", expect to pay less than rm1 for a pack..
