Nightlife Spot: taiping zoo

there's really not much night life in taiping except for this.. the taiping zoo night safari!! :) before we went, we had this impression that it was going to be like the african safari where u sit in a jeep driving around looking for animals.. but what it actually is is seeing taiping zoo after sunset! :) to our surprise, it was actually pretty interesting.. a lot of animals that are usually lethargic in the hot afternoon sun are now out and about.. plus, we managed to get there during feeding time, around 8 plus.. for rm10 per person for the entrance fee, it was a good experience all round..

btw, we got to see lots of animals.. including slow loris, my fav! unfortunately, we didn't get many pictures as we were not allowed to use flash.. this is so that the aimals are not disturbed..
