One thing that so many find enviable about California is the weather. The Golden State offers so many nice days like this and it is one of the best places to live to enjoy the benefits of a recreational life style.

California is a place where one should never run out of things to do (as long as you have the money and time to do them). If with just a little time and money one can enjoy the wonders of the California life. Is it any wonder that so many want to live here and live it up.

California seems to have everything from the beauty of its wondrous mountains to its beautiful beaches and its vast scenic coastline.

Ironically, many Californians who do live in California don't seem to get to see enough of it. I still feel like there is so much for me to still see in California even though I felt I've done quite a bit of travel in my home state.

One of the bonuses for having worked for the YMCA for 8 years was that I got to go to places that most people I knew had never even heard of. I camped and stayed at numerous regional parks and I often miss the days that I used to direct YMCA camping trips.

California has so much to offer that it would be taxing for one person alone to say everything that there is to do in this state. There is so much to see I gather it could take a life time.

California is also known for its rich and famous, its Hollywood types, its Silicon Valley millionaire geeks, and lots of plastic surgery. A long with the California life style is the feeling for wanting to live better (or at least look like it). This may not be a necessarily good way to live (environmentally or ethically) but it is part of the California make-up (whether consciously or unconsciously). Many aspire to live it up like this.
