On top of the Stratosphere, which you pay to go up, there is a great view of the arrid, ugly place that is Las Vegas. I think Vegas would have been cool if I drank a lot, had tons of free money and liked strip clubs, so it pretty much sucked for me.

The huge aquarium at Monteray Bay hotel was worth the $18 to get in. It had great shark exhibits and jellyfish galore. That was my favorite part of Vegas. Well, if Moose had gone dancing at Rum Jungle with me and eaten at some good buffets, that would have been my favorite, but I can't have everything. DON'T PAY TO SEE THE ART at the Bellagio. It's something like $13 for 15 oil paintings from each artist's WORST period of their lives. These works are so incredibly overshadowed by any other art museum in the States, that people who go there to see 'art' are getting the wrong idea. This stuff is absolute crrrap.
