I stayed there in 1999 for one week to attend to an Internet meeting. This was My only chance to go because IT IS EXPENSIVE!!!

But it definitely is worth the expense. No doubt on it.

The town seems, at a first glance, as a normal USA one, but, walking in the streets and tasting the atmosphere, everything is more quiet, possibly slow, and that's a great thing.

Vancouver started at the sea level and climbs the surrounding mountains, and so landscapes are something is really hard to see in a modern town. Particularly sunsets are something it's really difficult to forget.
I was there in july, when in Italy is already very hot, but there the average temperature was 20°C, with a lovely breeze.

Heard so much about Whistler.. definitely popular with skiiers. Canada Place definitely overpriced!! Love yr sunset photos (and on homepage).
