Jacmel - Jacmel

Jacmel is reputedly the only city in Haiti with 24 hour electricity. If you're looking for a nice beach, you're not going to want to stay in town, but going 10 KM east to Cyvadiez Beach is a nice place.

Don't stay at the Jacmelienne unless you want this view of the beach! And it's expensive as well! ($55 USD for a double) more travel advice
