I've updated this page for my 2nd trip to this beautiful city. I was there from March 22 till March 25, 2002. The peso was 3:1 with the US dollar, so some things were much cheaper than before for foreigners. Especially restaurants, shows, clothes, shoes, purses. Some hotels now charge in US dollars, so they may not be cheaper.
