Great tips, looks like a lovely town
Great page with excellent inofrmations.
Glad you included a tip on the theatre. A few years ago I saw a great performance there of the opera Salome, by Richard Strauss, on my way back from Wismar. -- Greetings from Frankfurt am Main.
It is the water and the architecture that makes Schwerin a town overlooked by many on the Rhine cruises and Bavarian castle circuit. All the better for us on the Leipzig tour of Germany;-]
it seems to me that the city has a kind of nostalgy" style... don't know how to explain rightly... travelogues are wonderful
Schwerin is indeed a hidden gem. Actually it has become my favorite town in Germany. Beautiful architecture, great atmosphere!!!
I had planned on this my last time over, but was thwarted by bad weather. Looks beautiful, maybe next time.
Wow, this place really does look wonderful - I will remember it and try to visit myself! Thanks for showing us, Christian!!
Wunderschoene Bilder von Schwerin! Ihr habt wirklich auch tolle historische Architektur im Osten!
very nice page - well done :o)
