    • Don't get me wrong, I like festivals but the Munich Oktoberfest is a way too big. Millions of tipsy people overcrowd the fairground. Prices are very high and you hardly get in one of the beer tents. I prefer smaller festivals. Munich offers a lot more! Why not to have a beer in the English Garden or in one of the cozy cafés and pubs?
