I have just returned from the trip of a lifetime. In six and a half weeks I have visited Sydney, Melbourne, Darwin, Alice Springs, Brisbane, Cairns, Sydney, Fremantle, Perth, Sydney and Shanghai (in that order).

I was prepared to be underwhelmed and, as always seems to happen when my feet leave the ground, I flew into another world. I was amazed, astounded and completely bowled over by the diversity and beauty of the great red land.

I will be adding some pics soon and some tips and hints - but my biggest tip? Just GO!

After my marriage came to a close I discovered that the world was still waiting for me. In the past two and a half years I have made up for the previous five years in captivity. Soon I hope to add to these pages and share some of those moments with you.
