On Saturday, 9 November 2002 we, lmkluque, Zarathustra, Palomani, Richmond, jenn_d, Rowan, Averyl, Giampiero6, T-Bone, Spartan, Chaistarr, Yubert, MeShell, Stephanie, and Gerry meet in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter and had a wonderful time getting to know each other.

Meeting for the first time at the Napa Valley Grille. It didn't take long to feel the VT bond.
(Stephanie and Gerry aren't in the photo, they said that they were held up in traffic. Yubert and MeShell aren't in the photo, they didn't say why they were late.)

New Fashion Or New Custom? 10:00 p.m. Not the end:
Thanks to the coordinating efforts of Lauri-Jeanne in Canada and Kiwi in New Zeland we were directed to the best position in front of the camera and captured by several VT'ers at home.
Waving our new VT-Tshirts for all the world to see caused the young, hip party goers in the Gaslamp Quarter to wonder, if this were New Fashion and we caused the tourists to SD to wonder if this were an American Custom!
We owe a great THANK YOU!! to VT Members at home who stayed up late to capture our moment on the webcam.
