This is Kings Colleage in Aberdeen . We bumped into a wedding in the afternoon of our arrival in Aberdeen . A sunny day with beautiful wedding bridesmaids , what a wonderful memory .

Sat,26th.May
Left Edinburgh at 9:10am , took the train to Aberdeen . My second time to be here . Didn't have a good memory last time .

Would never trusted the weather forecast anymore , was told the temperature would be 10c-18c but today is really hot . --- Anyway , good to have nice weather . :)

13:00pm Filling Station
Sitting at " Filling Station " . This restaurant looks very nice from the outside . So we came in . ( the other reason is there is also a " Filling Station " in Edinburgh , and the food is --- hmmmmm , Yummy !!)
Have 5 different dishes and some drinks .
*Deep Fried Scampi - served with mixed Salad . --- this one is more than just Yummy !!!
*Ultimate Pizzas
*BBQ Rack of Ribs - oh Geez , it's so delicious that I don't even know a word to decribe it .

*10oz Rump Steak with onions , grilled tomato , sauteed mushrooms and homemade fries Garlic Butter or Diane Sauce made with mushrooms , cream , brandy and tomatos .
*Crevettes - whole tail prawns pan fried in Garlic and chilli then finished with an olive , caper and coriander butter sauce and salad garnish .
*Salmon and Langoustines steamed and served on a stack of crushed new potatoes and pesto finished with a mixed fresh herb and lemon cream sauce
*Baked Breast of chicken rested on a bed of tagliatelle with a wild mushroom and asparagus sauce
*Vegetable Jambalaya (v)mixed vegetables , lightly curried with korma spices and finished with coconut milk served on a lime and sultana cous cous
*dessert:Apple and Banana Pan fried with Sambuca and brown sugar served with a scoop of sorbet .

Cos of the two overslept Japanese . We missed the bus to Ballaster and other place . Now am sitting at the famous coffee shop - Starbucks.
Sun is shinning and it's in fact getting very hot now . Gonna have lunch at Bella Pasta --- Hmmmm , Yummy .
