Haha, when u don't have places to go at night, why not try the pool hall. It's cheap and fun too. The only thing that bugs me is sometimes it can be very smokey inside because you can smoke in the pool hall.

Nightlife Spot: 45 old bar cafe

I'm allergic to smokes, so I hate going to places that allows people smoking indoor. Somehow, in Taiwan, you can smoke indoors if you don't feel like smoking outside in the cold. So I barely hang out with my friends in the bars, clubs anymore.
Maybe it's because it's been so long, so I decided to hang out with some friends that I didn't see for a long time. They picked a very nice little bar. I was impressed. People still smoke inside the bar but it didn't seem to be too smokey. I had a very good time there chatting with the good friends. No too noisy so you don't have to yell and shout.
