Herceg Novi is the second largest city in Montenegro, after Podgorica. Although it has beautiful architecture, Herceg-Novi has failed to attract many tourists as it lacks beautiful natural beaches that typify Budva.
The coast line of Herceg Novi provides with different types of beaches, for every taste. There are wild rocks, sand and absolutely plain and clean concrete platforms. You can choose what ever you want. Some beaches are guarded and catered thus they cahrge a fee, but it's minimal in comparison to standard European prices.
