<B>I've been to Tarragona only for a day, so haven't seen a lot, but can share with you those bits and pieces I got to know during my short trip.
Tarragona is the second large port in Catalunia and Bishop residence as well, it's situated on a 70 meter hight hill.
Among the MUSTs to see are:
- <FONT COLOR="ff9933">Rambla Vella</FONT> - the main transport thoroughfare of the city;
- <FONT COLOR="ff9933">Cathedral</FONT> - of XII century;
- <FONT COLOR="ff9933">Portal del Roser</FONT> - western gates of the Roman City which lead to <FONT COLOR="ff9933">Passeig Arquelogic</FONT>(4km long) going around the northen part of the Old City. There is a good view over the city and sea form out there;
- <FONT COLOR="ff9933">Rambla Nova</FONT> - very good for strolling;
- Ancient <FONT COLOR="ff9933">amphitheatre</FONT>.</B>
