I have hardly been to Mumbai & whenever I have - it hasn't been that great. I first went there in December '93 & the weather was HORRIBLE - totally humid & then again in Aug '94, third time it was raining like crazy! Ofcourse, Mumbai is a charming city - has a very fast paced way of life, there is a lot of money here, a whole lot of glamour etc. etc... GOA - is where my HEART is, really ! I LOVE the place, infact, truly it is my all time dream to run a guesthouse there. It is beautiful, even though it has been over-rated & thronged by tourists. It does not lose it's original charm. |
