    CHINATOWN: Experience Chinatown
  • Tip Rating:
  • Start at the Chinatown Gate. I've been to many Chinese places in the world - San Francisco's Chinatown is uniquely Chinese with an American flavor.

Golden Gate Bridge: Check the Gate up Close
  • Tip Rating:
  • I like sunsets. Bridges too. The Golden Gate Bridge is fascinating. I used to think the bridge was gold. It's red, and Golden Gate refers to the mouth of San Francisco Bay which the bridge spans.

thanks for the tour! Long time since we've been there, but 2 of my kids met there last wk. and loved it. (I didn't have the guts to ride the running board on the cable car.)

Interesting page. You are correct about taking too many pictures of the Golden Gate bridge. I know I took quite a few also.
