Two thousand years ago Petra was a big town, the Nabatean capital, strategically situated in a pass of the Shara monts between old Arabia and Siria / Palestina and Egypt. Crossroads of comerce caravans,Petra became a 30.000 people metropoli. Visit this wonder was the first reason to go to Jordan. Then, I discovered a wonderful land and culture. I visited lots of archeological places and I met unbelieble people.
