La Paz is one of the most extraodinary cities in Bolivia. It is placed in a hole. When you come by bus to La Paz, you arrive from the Altiplano, which is a long distance of flat territory. But once you get to La Paz, its placed in a little whole, all of the city, as if escaping from the wind and the coolness of the Altiplano. The lights are stunning during the night. |
