Let me tell you that walking down the street here is one madcap experience. The traffic, mostly motorcycles and bikes, is incessant. The streets are always filled with people and there isn't many non-Vietnamese here. This is a city and country in transition, something similar to that which I witnessed in the Czech Republic in the early 90's. That means get here now before it is too late. |
