Phew! Temperatures were around 34C when I arrived which is hot but then there is all of the Bangkok factors to deal with. Having to say no every 10 seconds to hawkers of everything from taxis, rooms, conterfeit gear, girls, boys, and any other thing that can be turned to a profit means that you need to have patience and a good sense of humour. When you meet normal Thai people, they have to be amoung the world's friendliest and most beautiful people.
