| Overview on Cork from Military Hill |
Katherine invites VT members around the world to join a meeting in her home town. So a good excuse to take a break and discover the Irish way of life. The meeting was during the Cork Film Festival... a real show time with some famous VT actors... so watch the VT last show on my dedicated travelogue...
On Friday night I join the VT team @ An Spailpin Fanac for a live Irish music session, as usual thousands of cameras were flashing late in the night. On Saturday I would make a remake of Jaws but no cruise was available around the Kinsale harbour... so the VT sailors were hanging around to find out the best kept secret of the day : the legendary Kinsale Brewery. At evening time all the happy VTer's meet at the Market Line for dinner then back to Opera and its red carpet for a last drink. On Sunday, I was hesitated to go to kiss the famous Blarney Stone but finally I prefered to stay @ Cork City trying to kiss the real Sharon Stone instead ;-) To be continued... |
