Brisbane is a modern city that is in constant upgrade mode. The one thing that stood out to me was how tourist friendly the city is. All of the streets have trash cans and benches thoughout. Streets were clean and you feel safe walking on the many trails and paths of the parks and gardens. |
| | I love Brisbane
There are so many attractions to see, I wish I had more time. Here are a few of my favorites and most recommended.
1. Visit the Zoo 2. Visit the Art and Science Museums 3. Shop at Queens Street Mall. 4. Bicycle thru the Botanical Garden and along the South Bank 5. Shop the open air markets of the South Bank on a Sunday morning 6. Enjoy a day in the park. 7. Visit the Maritime Museum. |
%cCome to the sunshine state%c* . Brisbane was very similar too may US cities.
The World War II experience, similarities in culture and historical background, and shared democratic values have made U.S. relations with Australia exceptionally strong and close.
I hope to return again some day! | | |
