Our trip to Costa Blanca was our very first going-without-children vacation experience since we became parents, and we felt we deserved it very much :)))))
The very special reason for going on holiday at the time was that my husband was about to celebrate his 50th birthday, and we wanted to do something special about it.
<BR>Well, this was the perfect place to go.
When the special day arrived we drove our rental car up in the mountains, and arrived at the beautiful village Guadalest.
There a guitar player were expecting us :) at the top, singing a beautiful ballade. The view was breathtaking from the spot we stood listening, and the scenery was just right!!

Hi, Marit! It seems to me Alicante is more popular desert then Pineda de Mar for VT-members. Since oct 2002 it became only better. Thanks for your tips!
