We really liked Merida and enjoyed staying in the city. Love your fiesta photo. We went to a Friday night concert - again something for the locals, not just the tourists. Great fun. leyle

Great pictures and memories of the Yucatan.. We loved Merida and spending time at the Mayan Ruins.. Most of all, we liked the city of Izamal and the yellow convent house.. Have good memories of the place.. Thanks for sharing!!!
I liked the pic of Uxmal pyramid. oh and about that tango... can visitors dance too? :-)
I remember wondering what Merida was like when I was in Cancun, now I know! Very interesting town history tips, especially the sisal trade!
Beautiful photos. Just returned from Merida & am ready to visit again. Finiished my Merida/C.Itza page today. Love looking at everyone's tips & pics.
Merida is a fine base for searching out Mayan history! Good timing with the fiesta!
