"Land of the Morning Calm..." South Korea by nepalgoods
South Korea Travel Guide: 7,677 reviews and 15,917 photos
I have been backpacking in South Korea almost two months in summer 1991. Seems to be, that I am always travelling during rainy season (see my Madagaskar travelogue).
South-Korea is a wonderful country. Easy to travel as it has a good bussystem and small pensions and hotels everywhere. But in the small villages nobody will speak English.

Hi, Ulrike! After reading these pages I just have to visit South Korea this autumn!
Fascinating page, Ulrike! Those pictures are fantastic - over and over again!!!!Well done!!!!
Ulrike, to be honest, I've not heard of Unjusa! Thanks for sharing.
I think you will find South Korea and especially Seoul different than you were last there. Didn't know about Unjusa but now I do! Nice opening photo.
Very interesting page! I liked the bit about the primitive guest houses being rented by the locals by the hour. This is a country I have never been to and I know little about so it was nice to find out more!
Great! Ulrike! your pics and tips, and I understand your confusing City Names and some guesthouse experience.. hahaha... but thank you so much visit korea, your feel good or not good.. happy everytime~~
You've got Korea nailed! It's wonderful to revisit a tourist's perspective of the country - mine is now of a resident, and is on occasion jaded. Thanks for the refreshment!
Very nice page!!! Hope you will visit Korea again someday ^^
