Restaurant Name: The Granary

This restaurant is a treat! Perched on a butte overlooking the Jackson area, this restaurant is perfectly situated for a breathtaking view. The experience doesn't end with the view however. The wait staff was extremely attentive and the food was fabulous.

While our corporate group pretty much owned the place the day we were there, the wait staff indicated that Jay Leno was tucked away in the restaurant somewhere that evening!

Favorite Dish: My wife and I had the Trout Meuniere. It was one of the most incredible fish entrees that I have ever had. I don't typically order fish when I'm out for a fine dinner, but this dish cannot be passed up!

P.S. Save room for the lava cake!

Restaurant Name: Alpenhof Bistro

The food and wine at this cozy restaurant are very palate pleasing. The wait staff was very attentive and the ambiance was decidedly Bavarian.

Favorite Dish: Wierner Schnitzel was the go to entree for me! Whenever I have the opportunity to sample this delicate dish, I do! I wasn't disappointed. It was served with traditional spaetzel. I've always loved spaetzel, so I knew I was in the right place when I saw that it was served with many of the menu items.

Restaurant Name: Couloir

We enjoyed the cuisine and we appreciated the ability to mix and match menu items. They had a four course $65 offering or a five course $75 offering. This allowed you to pick one entree and any other matching menu items. If you wanted two starters and a dessert with your entree, you were able to do that! If you want an entree and three desserts, go for it!

Favorite Dish: I would suggest the buffalo tenderloin. The soup du jour was squash which I thoroughly enjoyed. MAKE SURE THAT THE LAVA CAKE IS ONE OF YOUR FOUR OR FIVE COURSES! Unless you don't like chocolate. Then there is no hope for you!
