VI fish is fresh & served whole, either "boiled", actually steamed with butter, hot pepper and onion, or fried. A wonderful meal cooked so the pepper is absorbed thru & thru the fish. If you don't want to see the eye, just tell them to take the head off. | sof76 Mon Feb 17, 2003 15:40 UTC
