Favorite thing: There are many conventions held in Dallas.

Favorite thing: Dallas is a very modern city with unique buildings that capture you eyes as you drive by the city.

I was surprised how modern it was and not a single cowboy on the streets......

Fondest memory: I think it was when I first arrived in Dallas, I expected cowboys and horses and there are outside of the city, the ranches and all.

But, downtown is modern and a beautiful city. It is fantastic city to see and there is just everything to do here. I could not ask for more in one city. I LOVE IT! ;o)

Texas bluebonnets ....... About Dallas / Texas Review

Favorite thing: Texas is full of wildflowers and bluebonnets (my favortie) and they bloom in April.

People take their children to the fields to take pictures in the bluebonnet fields.

Horse racing at Lone Star Park

Favorite thing: Lone Star Park has thorobred horse racing and it is located in the city of Grand Prarie not too far from Dallas.

Fondest memory: Watching and feeling the ground shake under my feet as I was at the finishing line for the Quarter horse races.

My fondest memory was losing my money, just like in Las Vegas. But, it is very much fun.

Flags of Texas and USA About Dallas / Texas Review

Favorite thing: You will see these flags flying everywhere.
Texans are VERY proud of their state....

The Movie Studios Films / Studios Review

Favorite thing: The Movie Studios at Las Calinas is a working soundstage wehre many populare feature films and television programs are filmed.

There is also CBS film studio where Chuck Norris filmed Texas Walker Ranger. It was right outside of where my company is located.

Fondest memory: Seeing the filming of Texas Walker Ranger and trying to get a peek at Chuck.

Southfork Ranch Films / Studios Review

Favorite thing: This is the famous Southfork Ranch from the series "Dallas".

It is located in Parker Texas and is a very LARGE ranch. Most impressive!!!

Sixth Street Museum....JFK Dedicated to JFK Review

Favorite thing: <font size=3><font color=green>On November 22, 1963, John F. Kennedy was assasinated in Dallas, TX.

The Sixth Street 9,000 square-foot display is located in the former Texas School Book Depository has historical photographs, original interviews, artifacts, 40 minute documentary film. Included in the tour is the 'snipers perch' the corner window from which Lee Harvey Oswald is alleged to have fired upon the presidential motorcade.

Fondest memory: <font size=2>I live in Dallas and work with Texans who were standing on Dealy plaza and witnessed the event.

I also have seen the convertible that he and Jacqeline Kennedy were in when he was shot.
